- As far as I know, Lynx files are not compressed, but only
- stored. Have you ever noticed that the .lnx files disolve
- very quickly? That is because they are not un-packing or
- un-crunching, like ARC does.
- Sure, they are easy to un-lynx, but there is no reason to
- .lnx one file. The purpose of Lynx is to put multiple files into
- one, not to compress them, like ARC, SFX and ZIP do.
